• Account request information: When you submit the "Create Account" form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message you provide.
• Account & usage information: Once an organization account is provisioned, we collect login credentials, role and permission data, and information entered into the Service by your organization's users (such as sales, disposition, lead, and payroll records).
• Technical information: We may automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and troubleshooting purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to account requests and provision organization accounts;
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Contact you about your account or account request, including by phone, text, or email, as you consent to when submitting our forms;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as email delivery, hosting, and payment providers), each of whom is bound to use it only to provide services to us, or as required by law.

We retain account and usage information for as long as an organization's account is active, and account-request information for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on the request, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your Choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you have submitted by contacting us at admin@birkehealth.com. If you are a member of an organization using the Service, some requests may need to be directed to your organization's administrator, who controls that account.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
